    Installation Tips

    Premise of Installation:The battery size or model number should be consistent.
    • nstallation Steps:
    • Step 1:After unpacking,check the battery voltage,the voltage should be greater 12.8V;
      Step 2:After the battery voltage is normal,connect the red connector of car to the positive copper column and the black connector to the negative copper column;
      Step 3:After the vehicle starts normally,secure the battery;
      Step 4:After the above steps are installed,the vehicle still cannot be started, contact the deale.


    Warning &Tips

    1.Pay attention to the output voltage of the vehicle engine after starting≥13.5V,≤15.2V;
    2.Do not use batteries in series.Carrescue can be used in parallel connection with lead-acid batter;
    3.Do notreversely connect positive and negative of the battery,reverse connection will cause short circuit;
    4.Do notinstall electronic equipment without authorization,it will affect the battery life.Do not disassemble or modify the battery;
    5.If the vehicle is in normal condition and will not be used for a short period of time it need to start the vehicle every 15 days for 15 minutes. If it is not used for a long time,it is recommended to disconnect the negative pole of the power supply;
    6.Itis strictly forbidden to immerse the battery in sea water or throw it into fire. It is strictly prohibited to use chargers that do not meet the charging requirements.

    How To Activate The Battery

    If the BMS has cut-off the battery protection, you need to cut off the load on thebattery and leave the battery for 30minutes. Then the battery will automaticallyreturn to normal voltage and can be used when fully charged.
    If the battery doesn't recover on its own and the voltage is too low to keep chargeyou can activate it in two ways:
    1.Use a charger with 0V charging function (can charge the battery from 0V) tocharge the battery.After fully charged ,the battery can be used normally.
    2. Use another 12V lithium battery in parallel with the battery to activate the batteryfor one minute or use a lead-acid battery with a voltage of >12V and <16V toactivate the battery in parallel. Finally, fully charge the battery for normal use
